When: Every New and Full Moon from 8:00 am - 8:45 am (45 minutes)

This meditation group meets every full and new moon. You are welcome to sign up for one or all of the sessions. This space will be a supportive space to explore mindfulness and energy awareness. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, it’s an opportunity to come together in community and deepen your practice. We’ll focus on grounding, resourcing, and aligning with the natural energy of the moon cycles.

This 8-week series group focuses on grounding, regulating the nervous system, and clearing out distracting thoughts. We will use visualization and somatic techniques to bring a deeper sense of calm and relaxation! Join me for a fun (yes this can be fun) and meaningful experience of energy clearing and grounding techniques that promote mindfulness, balance, and well-being.
