Therapy is an invitation to understand yourself deeper and develop awareness and compassion for oneself and others.
My approach to therapy is humanistic, holistic, and mindfulness-based. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Energy Awareness Integration, mindfulness, and compassionate self-understanding. I also work with couples using approaches informed by Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems.
Throughout our lives, we experience events and relationships that can leave behind unresolved emotions, beliefs, and patterns. At times, these experiences can make it difficult to approach the past, navigate present challenges, or understand why certain situations affect us so deeply. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
Working together, we will explore the places where you may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or in resistance. Through greater awareness and self-compassion, you can begin to understand the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that influence your life while developing greater emotional regulation and new ways of responding.
Rather than simply trying to eliminate difficult feelings, our work focuses on helping you relate to yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and choice. As old patterns begin to loosen, you can experience a stronger connection to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to create.
